was designed with people aged 65 and older in mind. However, you don’t
have to be 65 to do the exercises. You can do these exercises at any
age.
Join people from Debbie's class as they demonstrate an easy-to-follow and effective exercise routine.The DVD includes a short warm-up, upper body exercises,
lower body exercises, and a brief cool down. You
will notice one person sitting in a chair for most of the exercises.
This is always an option for you. Any time you would like to sit in a
chair, feel free to do so. The only person you are competing with is
you.Please check with your physician before doing this video or starting any exercise program.
